several of the buttons on her all-in-one outfit undone.
A hint of a baby
bump could also be seen beneath the black one-piece, which featured
strangely-long trousers.
Kim, who was snapped as she left her Beverly Hills home to
catch a flight from LAX, is four months pregnant with her first baby with
rapper boyfriend Kanye West.
But the reality TV favourite is still married to husband of
72 days Kris Humphries.
Despite the couple splitting in October 2011, they have yet
to finalise their divorce, because basketball player Kris is seeking an
annulment.
He claims Kim only married him to boost her reality show's
ratings, while she denies that and wants a divorce.
