Having spent a week in kuje prison for collecting N93 million bribe from
Femi Otedola to remove his company, Zenon Oil, from the list of
indicted companies during the Oil subsidy saga, Farouk Lawan and
Boniface Emenalo granted bail. The court granted the two men bail
on the sum of N10 million and the court has seized their international
passports pending the conclusion of their cases. They are only allowed
to travel out of the country with the court’s permission. The case has
been fixed for April 10 and 17 for hearing.
based on the past experience, may be this is the end. Good bye to Kuje prison!
