Justine McNally, 18, duped the 16-year-old
into believing she was boy as they dated online - and carried on the hoax after
they met.
McNally, then 17, lured the London
schoolgirl into three sex sessions, promising they would get married and have
children.
The girl was even fooled into thinking
she had lost her virginity to McNally - from Glasgow - in a darkened bedroom of
a family friend’s house.
McNally’s secret was only exposed
when the girl’s mother found a STRAP-ON DILDO in her backpack.
She was sentenced to three years in
jail at Wood Green Crown Court this afternoon after admitting six counts of
sexual assault.
Sentencing Judge James Patrick said:
"She had her first sexual experience with you, and you abused her trust so
badly she finds it difficult to trust other people.
"It was selfish and callous
behaviour - a grave abuse of trust of her, her family and friends through your
behaviour over a period of years."

49 YEAR OLD MAN ACCUSED OF RAPING HIS DAUGHTERS AND GRANDDAUGHTER
A seven-year-old girl (name withheld), has accused her 49-year-old father of rape.
The girl said her father, Sylvester
Ehijele, had on numerous occasions had sex with her, adding that he used
to promise to buy her goodies and toys before the actions.
She said he usually had sex with her on a daily basis whenever her mother was not home.
She said, “Whenever my mum is not at
home, he grabs me, forces his hand over my mouth and then inserts his
penis into my private part. He promises to buy me a car, cake and
biscuit but he doesn’t buy anything for me.
“He also threatens to use a knife to gouge my eyes out anytime I threaten to report to my mother.”
Sylvester’s wife, Margaret, said their one-year-old granddaughter
that lives with them.
She said, “I am a caterer. In 2006 I
went to Abuja for a catering job where I spent five days. But at about
1am, my first daughter, who was about 17-years-old at the time, called
me on the phone crying that her father raped her that night.
“When I returned, I confronted him but
he beat me up and he continued to molest our daughter and each time I
confronted him, it earned me a beating. I had no choice but to leave him
when I got fed up with seeing him molesting our daughter and later
sleeping with me. I took my six children and we relocated.”
She said in 2011, Sylvester’s family settled their differences and urged the couple to reconcile for the sake of the children.
HOUSEMAID CONNIVES WITH FRIENDS TO ROB HER EMPLOYER
The Lagos State Police Command has
arrested a housemaid, Mary Francis, for allegedly conniving with her
friends to rob her employer.
The spokesperson for the command, Ngozi
Braide, said on the day of the robbery, Francis intentionally left the
door open in order to give the robbers easy access to the house.
She said, “Francis, Ogana Igwe, John and
Peter all planned to carry out a robbery operation in the house of her
employer. On January 4, 2013, at about 7:30pm, the entrance gate was
intentionally left open which gave easy entrance to the robbers.
“The two armed men ransacked madam’s
apartment having tied her up with ropes. The robbers carted away a Honda
Civic car, a laptop, N200,000 and $3,000 (N480,000), gold and jewellery
valued at N2m, five mobile phones.

FAKE MEDICAL DOCTOR ARRESTED FOR N89M HEALTH INSURANCE SCAM
A fake medical doctor, Mr. Ibukun Ojo,
has been arrested by the Special Fraud Unit Ikoyi, Lagos, for his role
in an attempt to defraud the Canadian Government of N89m health
insurance claims. His accomplice, Steve Fakolujo, is said to be on the
run.
In May 2012, Ojo had allegedly prepared a
fake medical report for Fakolujo, a Nigerian citizen who resides in
Canada. This was to enable Fakolujo to claim the sum of N89m in the form
of health insurance from the Canadian Government.
Ojo, an alleged medical dropout from the
Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, was until his arrest the Medical
Director, Mount Zion Hospital, at 2, Mukandasi Street, Oja-Oke, Oshodi.
At the bungalow where Ojo works and lives, he doubles as the doctor, nurse, receptionist and cleaner.
The Commissioner of Police, SFU, Mr.
Tunde Ogunsakin, while parading the suspect, said, “We received a
petition from the Canadian High Commission on March 6, 2013 alleging a
case of fraud against Mount Zion Hospital.
“They claimed Ojo had forged the
following documents to enable Fakolujo to claim health insurance from
the Canadian Government; medical professional and consultation charges,
drugs and medications, ambulance fees, accommodation and feeding, other
miscellaneous expenses.”
DANA AIRLINE SUSPENDED AGAIN!
NCAA spokesman Sam
Adurogboye announced the suspension in a text message to aviation
correspondents, saying it was in respect of one of the airline's flights
that had some safety issues on Saturday in the capital city of Abuja.
He did not give details.
It was the second time in a year that the operating licence of the airline has been suspended.
The airline was
grounded for several months last year, as its operating licence was
suspended after one of its planes crashed on the outskirts of the
economic capital city of Lagos, killing at least 159.
The licence was,
however, restored last September, after the government said it was
satisfied with the air-worthiness of the airline.
Consequently, Dana Air resumed operations in January 2013.
Confirming the
suspension, the airline said in a statement on Sunday: 'We regret to
announce the temporary suspension of our flight operations following a
directive from the Ministry of Aviation through the Nigerian Civil
Aviation Authority (NCAA) on Saturday, 16th March, 2013.'
It said a meeting
involving the management of Dana Air, the Ministry of Aviation and the
NCAA had been scheduled to discuss the development on Monday.

EFCC ARRESTS FIVE INTERNET FRAUDSTERS IN ENUGU
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission,
EFCC, has arrested five suspected internet fraudsters in Enugu, Enugu
State. They were picked up from their hide out at No. 26 and 42,
Chimaobi Uba Street, GRA, Enugu following an intelligence report.
Some of the items recovered from the suspects include Eight Thousand, Two Hundred and Twenty Seven United States Dollars ( $8,227); Seventy Three Thousand Naira (N73,000.00); eight (8) exotic cars; nine (9) laptops; twenty one (21) mobile phones; two (2) internet routers; one (1) currency counter and one (1) Sony camera.
Other incriminating items found with the suspects include four (4) drivers’ license bearing different names with same photograph, five (5) flash drives, two (2) external hard drives, various bank cheques, ATM and Master cards, 1 HP printer, a black traveling bag with 12 different identity cards, a company metal seal, two (2) international passports belonging to the same person, among other items.
The suspects will be arraigned in court as soon as investigation is concluded.

ROBBERS CONFESSS THEY HID STOLEN CARS IN CATHOLIC CHURCH
Three robbery suspects, who for months,
after snatching cars from female drivers, hid them in a catholic church,
have been arrested by the Special Anti Robbery Squad, Ikeja, Lagos
State.
Chinedu Ndubisi, 23, Haruna Mohammed, 44
and Slyvanus Happyday, 35, were before their arrest, members of a
five-man gang, who terrorised Epe, Ajah, Lekki Peninsula and Victoria
Island areas.
The gang leader, Ndubuisi, said how they were able to use church premises for their nefarious activities.
He said, “We have an operational car, a
Toyota Corolla. Although we all drive, Haruna drives us during
operations because he is very good.
53 YEAR OLD GRANDMOTHER CAUGHT WITH COCAINE CONCEALED IN HER HAIR
A 53-year-old grandmother, Sikirat Giwa,
has been arrested at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja
while trying to smuggle out cocaine under her hair weave.
Giwa was arrested by the National Drug
Law Enforcement Agency on Saturday with 1kg of white powdery, which
later tested positive to cocaine.
The suspect was apprehended while trying to board an Ethiopian airline Flight ET 910 to Pakistan enroute Addis Ababa and Dubai.

BURIAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR JUSTUS ESIRI RELEASED BY FAMILY
FAMILY of late Nollywood actor, Chief Justus Esiri, yesterday,
released details of burial arrangement for the Village Headmaster.
According to the spokesman of the Esiri family and ace
photojournalist, Mr. George Esiri, the late actor will be buried in his
hometown of Abraka in Delta State on Friday, April 12.
There will be service of songs for the late Esiri on April 9,
followed by a commendation mass at St. Jude Catholic Church, Mafoluku,
Lagos, on April 10.
Immediately after the service the body is expected to be flown to
Warri in Delta State for the second and final phase of the burial
arrangements.
According to the spokesman, the body will then proceed to Abraka
where there will be another commendation mass/lying-in-state at the Polo
Turf in Abraka on April 12. The body will, thereafter, be moved to his residence in Abraka for interment and entertainment of guests.
8 YEAR OLD SCHOOLBOY TIES THE KNOT WITH A 61 YEAR OLD WOMAN
Little Sanele Masilela got hitched in front of 100 guests to
mum-of-five Helen Shabangu, who already has a husband.
The couple swapped rings and kissed in the ceremony in
Tshwane, South Africa, which Sanele claimed his dead ancestors ordered him to
arrange.
But he and his bride did not sign a marriage certificate and
do not live together.
His family, who forked out £1,500 on the wedding, insisted
it was only a ritual and was not legally binding.
Sanele said: “I told my mother I wanted to get married as I
really did want to.
“I’m happy that I married Helen. When I’m older I will marry
a lady my own age.”
The boy’s 46-year-old mum Patience said: “Sanele’s
grandfather asked him to get married before he died. He chose Helen because he
loves her.
“By doing this we made the ancestors happy. If we hadn’t,
something bad would have happened in the family.”

BABY SHOT IN THE HEAD BY ROBBERS DIES
After about six months of battling with
complications from a gunshot wound on the head, Taiwo Lawal, the
one-year-old baby who was shot during a series of robberies in Lagos on
September 9, 2012, has died.
It was reported that
Taiwo was shot at his parents’ home in Gbagada during the robberies
which occurred simultaneously in various parts of the state, an incident
now remembered as Black Sunday.
Following the injury , telecommunications
firm, MTN Nigeria, donated N500,000 for the baby’s treatment at the
Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Idi Araba.
The story also drew public interest as concerned members of the public also donated undisclosed sums of money.
Sadly, Taiwo gave up the ghost on March 7, 2013 at Ward E of the hospital.
The deceased’s distraught father, Wasiu, said the death was more painful because of the amount of money the family had spent.
