The Nigeria Police Force Headquarters in Maiduguri, Borno State, was on Friday afternoon struck by a bomb explosion.
Eyewitnesses said a suspected suicide bomber drove a bomb-laden car into the headquarters.
The car exploded at the gate of the Borno State police command on Damaturu road, directly opposite Government Secondary school in Maiduguri.
Although, casualties are reported, the number could not be immediately ascertained.-VANGUARD
