After 14 years of marriage, Pirates of the Carribean star, Johnny Depp, has split up with his wife, Vanessa Paradis.
Rumours, which have been making the rounds for a couple of months now concerning the breakup, were officially confirmed on Tuesday by Depp’s publicist.
According to a statement released by the publicist, Robin Baum, the couple were saying bye to their 14-year-old marriage and wanted their privacy to be respected.
“Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis have amicably separated. Please respect their privacy and, more importantly, the privacy of their children,” Robin said.
The couple got married in 1998 and have since then had two kids; Lily-Rose, 13, and Jack, 9.
