The divorce between L.A. Lakers star Kobe Bryant and wife Vanessa has taken another step towards completion with the couple initiating a voluntarily distribution of their assets.
In property records obtained by the Los Angeles Times, it is shown that the pair's three mansions have been transferred to Vanessa's sole ownership.

Located in tony Newport Beach, Calif., the homes are valued at a $18.8 million.
Vanessa Bryant filed for divorce in December 2011, citing "irreconcilable differences." Wed in 2001 and the parents of two daughters ages 8 and 5, the couple reportedly do not have a prenuptial agreement – and under California law Vanessa could eventually receive up to half of the NBA all-star's estimated $150 million fortune.
For now, the divorce is proceeding peacefully.
Said a representative of Kobe's in a prepared statement last December: "The Bryants have resolved all issues incident to their divorce privately with the assistance of counsel and a judgment dissolving their marital status will be entered in 2012."-PEOPLE
